I am a fifth-generation Montanan passionate about the outdoors and rural lifestyle.  In 2010, I started making knives as a hobby after using a high-quality custom knife.  The difference in performance, fit, and finish was immediately evident compared to the over-the-counter knives I had previously used.  I also wanted to share the experience of a quality custom knife with my friends, so I started making knives for them to enjoy.

The design and construction of each knife I make combine my years of experience in the outdoors with my background in mechanical engineering. My knives have been developed through extensive field testing, blending the hardcore outdoorsman’s requirements with heirloom-quality craftsmanship.  I take pride in building each knife by hand with all my materials procured from fellow small businesses.
